Few steps away from our place and I can say food was great and all in all the experience. We got our table right away. Servers were so nice and welcoming specially like us tourists. The service was excellent always alert and ready for your own needs. We met the owner as well and welcomed us whole heartedly I highly recommend this place for the tourist people. I also want to mention Mr. Luigi for serving us. His presence and humour made us laugh the whole time. Grazie mille

We really enjoyed this restaurant. Despite it being quite busy, we were seated quickly at a lovely outdoor table. The service was fast and friendly, and we ordered traditional Venetian dishes — the marinated sardines and shrimp pasta — both were absolutely delicious. The Aperol Spritzes were also excellent! Everything about the experience was pleasant. The only downside, which is of course hard to control, is that the tables are placed very close to each other. On one side, there was a French couple with a dog — which could be an issue for people with allergies. On the other side, another group was smoking cigarettes heavily, which felt a bit unusual for a dining experience. Still, the food and atmosphere made it worth it. We’d definitely recommend it for authentic local cuisine and warm service.

Restaurant has a very nice and cozy decoration. Ordered mushroom risotto and their grilled calamari, taste really good. The prices are reasonable and much cheaper than other places. And for the pricing the portion is HUGE. Will recommend to our friends and families

Great authentic Venetian restaurant. Had gluten-free pasta options which were much appreciated, even a GF ciabatta bun to dip in the olive oil and balsamic and offered a GF tiramisu! The spaghetti with shrimp and mushrooms was especially delicious. Prompt service with friendly staff.

We had a fantastic meal at Ristorante Da Poggi—pizza and spaghetti both turned out amazing, and the service was top-notch. The waiter was extremely kind and attentive. Sitting outside with lovely weather made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Venice and want a memorable dinner.

We had a fantastic experience at Ristorante Da Poggi! The staff were incredibly friendly and offered exceptional customer service from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and what really stood out was how thoughtfully they catered for our son, who is coeliac, even providing him with gluten-free bread as a starter. It’s truly one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to, both for the quality of food and the warmth of service. Highly recommend it!

My fiancé and I had dinner here yesterday and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to return again today! The food was absolutely delicious. As a real foodie, she was truly impressed. To our delight, when we arrived, the staff kindly remembered us and even offered us the same table. It's an adorable place with a wonderful atmosphere, fantastic staff, and amazing food. This is definitely one of the must-visit spots in Venice!

Amazing service. Amazing food and drinks. We had the calamaris, freshest calamari I ever had. Gnocchi is pesto, best pesto sauce ever. Spaghetti meatballs, sooo good. Servers were super friendly. Great location. Will definitely eat here again.
